Anna Brown

Anna is a Corporate Partner with international law firm, Addleshaw Goddard LLP. Anna has over 25 years' experience in in a wide range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, equity investments and joint ventures. She heads the Addleshaw Goddard Equity Capital Markets team in Scotland supporting clients through AIM IPOs, placings and secondary fundraisings on the public markets. Anna has particular expertise in the Health and Life Sciences sector, supporting entrepreneurs and companies from start-up through all stages of their growth journey.
